I'm beginning to see globalization as a great economic levelling, that's just really getting rolling. America, the nation of salesmen, has sold the world on the free market economy. Our former middle-class manufacturing workers find themselves competeing with mud-hutters all over the world. Our professional class is meeting the same fate. What can America produce that can't be made eleswhere cheaper? Our time may be the richest for the smallest number for quite a while! Enjoy it while it lasts.
