Hi Lizzie: Although I respect Hillary Rodham Clinton, I believe Dean is too smart to want her as VP candidate. She is just too much of a lightning rod for all the vehemence and antipathy. I believe that Dean and company realize that the way to win an election, and have a viable Presidency, is to give the people a way to leave all the crap behind us and move on together. I hope and pray he will get Americans believing that they have more in common with one another than they do differences, which is, i believe, the actual truth of the matter. A successful Dean campaign will reveal just how radical and out of step with the American consensus Bush is. The ability to accomplish this, I think, depends on leaving the past behind.
