Action or the trial - case is in court isn't? The motions from ABX and JPM to dismiss were denied. Conspiracy? Are you trying to say that the court who denied the motions is not at least at this stage on Doug AK side? Oops, I forgot there was never such thing like conspiracy in the US, only the price fixing, cooking books, Enrons, mutual funds (who knows how many) involved in stealing the money from their clients using offshore accounts, pensions funds disappearing but none of these things needs the conspiracy to commit. Only and only when someone mention gold and Barrick the red flag is being raised to cry loud - another conspiracy theorist. The one who is on the defense always brings this conspiracy theory for the reason he is a victim. In your case anything whatever Doug publish on this thread is connected to conspiracy. Makes me wonder who is on the winning side.
