Anthony Cataldo and MEMI

Miracle Entertainment was Pink Sheets: MEMI. Cataldo's period of tenure at MEMI includes a time that the SEC investigated them. The SEC investigation was reported it later to Ontario Exchange Commission.

On September 23, 2002, the OSC had a "Temporary Cease Trading Order" for MEMI "for failure to make statutory filings". That was after Cataldo says he left.

(Pink Sheets: MEMI), a diversified film and production company, today announced that, in accordance with filing requirements of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), Miracle Entertainment has filed a series of material change reports with the OSC that reflect both current and previously reported events.

Items in these filed reports include matters previously reported, as well as information regarding post-consolidation shares outstanding. The filings included prior disclosure regarding the Company being advised by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in June 2000 that its Internet Enforcement Unit was conducting an inquiry into certain activities of the Company. The Company has cooperated with the SEC during the course of its inquiry and has provided both documentation and testimony requested by the SEC.
