Libby,

My view on OMG is that it has no resistance below $30, and we are in a commodity bull market, right? And cobalt is a commodity, right?

Where to buy OMG (or better, OMG calls, at this point)? Well, on a dip or in a base. I don't know if it will form a base again (like it did at 15-16) but I'm sure it will find a time to dip a little.

If I didn't have a position in OMG I would look to buy the April 22.5 calls (which I own) on a dip to about $3. When the stock runs to $30, those calls should be worth about $8 (depending) and when it goes to 32 they will be worth close to $10. Maximum risked: $3. Maximum gain: $7. I think that's probably better at this point than risking the entire $25.
