Will Janklow go to jail?

I think TP's estimate may be on the low side. Janklow faces up to 11 years for manslaughter. Plus, he is now open to civil lawsuits from the family of his victim. Janklow is ruined. Or at least we can all hope he is. He's a despicable man. There was no hesitation among his neighbors in declaring him guilty. And there is a lot of anger that he'd try to weasel out of the charges with his loopy diabetes defense.
