DavesM, You don't want to get me going on the public school system:) What we really need is a third political party. The Centrist Party. When conservatives are in control, workers suffer. When liberals control congress, law & order disintegrates. The Centrists would moderate the dogmatic capitalists on right & the angry, liberal left. .....and we'll all live happily thereafter.
