Are the restaurants providing some health coverage? They had that on previous jobs. I read that the restuarant business is one employing many illegals. One owner said he just does not ask the questions where answers could make it obvious the applicant is indeed not legal. Sneaky. They're not doing the country any favors. A long-time citizen might want that job & certainly is more entitled to it than someone who ignores our laws.
