Thanks for the report - this is somewhat encouraging, especially considering the stated results from last quarter.

I didn't see any details about the one time charges in the press release. Did Lou provide any additional information about these charges during the conference call? Also, did he give any insight into what lines of business or partners which might help TRUV generate momentum and revenue increases in subsequent quarters?
