Well presumably the law firms saw a weak case. Also AGs' comments were then and this is NOW - if you look back far enough you can find that AG said once that gold was IT - or words to that effect. As for Blanchard who knows what his motives are or who's behind him on this? BTW you and Doug should take your arguments to the Barrick thread and there's an interesting recent post from Russett - so Doug, how about it? Or do we have to wade through your convoluted mumblings here?
