back down to the conversion price of 3.32.... and i don't recall any positive news releases on the day of the annual meeting in the past.... someone correct me if i'm wrong. ya'll are going to have to sit in on this one, as it's difficult to make day trips to Chattsworth from Atlanta. can't imagine anything being said that's not already out there. fill us in, joe.
