How can Clinton be "toast"? He's an ex-president. He cannot run again and isn't like to run for anything else. Clinton is one of the most influential and respected people on the planet. But that doesn't mean he or Gore can decide an election. Ask Grey Davis. Speaking of Davis, Arnold is busy breaking most of his campaign promises now. Stay tuned. He's cutting education, refusing to investigate the gropings and trying to get permission to raise taxes.
