Things are definately lookings bright for EDUSF.
Two factors which I deem significant
1. the equity sale by Degem will likely be to a large Capitalized company. its a matter of which one. this will enhance exposure and sales
2. the CEO's comments with the Q2 report indicate furthur growth
The record of his (Hasfari) comments thus far have been honest and correct.

Been investigating prospective companies which would benefit by acquiring a stake in EDUSF as well as being a boost for EDUSF.
I (and this means my conclusion alone and should be considered nothing short of hype) is Sylvan Learning System

I base this on numerous reasons some include:
1.sylvan just sold equity in secondary offering net about 180 mil.
2. sylvan is on the aquisition trail.
3. They (edusf and slvn )are on parrellel paths when it comes to English instruction.
4. EDUSF has what Sylvan needs. Premier English Courseware that comes with a pedigree ( the Berlitz name)
5. why buy software when you can own it. Plus you get an established software producer that has expertice in educational software and courseware design.
6. Read the release by Sylvan reguarding Vice President appointment for Wall Street Institute. Anyone that knows Edusf will see the similarities in direction.
If Sylvan isn't a suior it should be. seems like a profitable fit for both
There are several bidders involved in the sale.
It will be interesting to see how it developes.

would appreciate your thoughts on the next leg-- up I hope

need to investigate this one as values go up; investigate
