Oh, I wouldn't say that, sewer rat:

It is very MUCH unconstitutional. The USSC ERRED, as it has several times this year alone-such as making soddamy a sacrament, and legalizing (actually MANDATING) racism against white people.

The people choose their Court when they diligently choose their Senators and President. The people are suffering from their lack of diligence in choosing their Senators (not to mention the silly choice of William the Bastard to stink up the WH for two terms), as well as collective ignorance about the judicial system that the Founders built for them.

The people will thus either LOSE their First Amendment, as well as several others, or they will become MORE diligent.

The current momentum of anger against the Marxist/Leninist domestic enemy, that has dominated the Democratic party for over thirty years, by 80% of our fed-up people, indicates that they will make the LATTER choice. But, as the current-year incompetence of the USSC shows-the people are FAR from out of the woods.

And, no doubt, you and your sewer rat buddies will be right there trying to direct them BACK into the woods as they attempt to emerge.

But the shredding of the First Amendment through campaign finance "reform" is no more "the law of the land" than the mass slaughter of unborn Americans is "the law of the land". The perpetrators of BOTH will eventually feel the brutal sting of the New American Renaissance...
