ImageWare Systems and ScreenCheck Form Strategic Alliance
SAN DIEGO & ZOETERMEER, Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2003--ImageWare Systems Inc. (AMEX:IW), the leading global provider of secure credential, biometric, law enforcement and digital imaging software solutions, and ScreenCheck, a global provider of card solutions including software, hardware and services based in the Netherlands, today announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance.
Both parties have agreed to a strategic alliance related to the sale, distribution and technical support of printers and associated supplies. This will allow each company to focus on its core competencies in the software, hardware and cardware arenas. Physical distribution and services of printers and associated supplies for both companies will be coordinated by ScreenCheck.
ImageWare and ScreenCheck have begun to build a strategic roadmap to cooperate in building innovative solutions. This will allow both ImageWare and ScreenCheck product lines to expand, improve and extend the value proposition to customers and partners.
