SVI-T Strategic Vista International -- This company designs and manufactures video security and surveilance products, and is growing like gangbusters (40% a year) yet has a trailing p/e of only about 12. Check their web site at strategicvista.com .

Its funny the original post here mentions Silent Witness, I think this company really could become the next one of those.
