Apparently these folks have never gone to other parts of the world. Over there, it is not enough if you have money; you should also have the right contacts to get things done. If all you have is money, they will just take it and disappear! :-) This is funny... wait! It is not! It is OUR money that is being squandered by these Dumbya fellas! :-((
