Yeah; I guess a country like Moldavia (on the "approved" list)made a lot bigger contribution to Iraq than Canada (excluded) which has given $300 million to Iraq so far and has 3000 troops on the ground in Afghanistan and whose Navy patrolled the Gulf during the early stage of the War last March. I have not even heard of some of the countries (63 in all ) that are on Bush's list. GW has once again shown himself to be anything but a statesman...he's just a petty politician playing silly games
