There's something refreshing about her reticence so far to jump into the fray, and her few statements about staying w. her medical practice and not saying much for now.

There's a bit of resonance in Dean's campaign to this other doc, 209.157.64.200 who finally quit the GOP in disgust and wrote a book, "Breach of Trust", where he scolds Repubs (as well as Dems), and says if people knew what went on, they'd throw everybody out. That same reform underlies Dean's disregard for the Dem machine, and his wife's simple comment that she's going to take care of her patients.

There's also a funny resonance to "West Wing" where Pres. Bartlett's wife is a doc.
