Howard, believe me when it comes to taxes I READ. (gg). Truth is about 50% of the population pays nearly ALL the taxes. Naturally those at the higher end pay more taxes so they are going to get back MORE DOLLARS on a rate cut but the percentages are pretty much even across the board except the lower eschelon actually got MORE PERCENTAGE wise due to some other goodies in the tax cut. jdn
