Well, the way I see it the money WE the TAXPAYERS of the USA contribute OUGHT to go to AMERICAN COMPANIES. I can accept including all COALITION PARTNERS mainly cause with their contributions (money or forces or both) they helped us out reducing OUR CONTRIBUTION. But WHY ON EARTH should OUR TAXPAYERS MONEY be given to especially FRENCH firms when the French went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make this a far more difficult and costly mission for us? I cannot understand why any AMERICAN would not agree with this policy. Now the Iraqi money or the money donated from non coalition partners (if there is any) ought to be spent in any efficient way the Iraqi's agree on, but NOT OUR OWN MONEY. jdn
