I read the final draft of the Afghan constitution, (English version), you can access it here, constitution-afg.com and yes, it will be an Islam Republic. If accepted in the same basic form, there is allowance for women in the government, but only followers of Islam, and I saw no allowance for secularists or followers of any other religion. Do you not feel any country could be a decent country if it is an Islamic Republic?
