I think it is a foolish, ego driven mistake. This is an opportunity to get those countries involved. Let them bid on some of the work and begin the diplomacy work to get them to contribute money to the rebuilding of Iraq. This is a cut off your nose to spite your face move. Not the Little Red Hen. Another wasted opportunity to garner intl community support to defray the cost of this irresponsible, needless and wreckless war. jb
