Kerry is saying Dean supported a similar war powers act and agreed there were WMD's in Iraq before the war. Like I've said, while Dean and Kerry both were critical of Bush before the war, and Kerry was critical of Bush during the war, only one had to make an up or down decision. Kerry chose a conditional yes, then got atacked later for waffling, when in fact his analysis turned out to be 100% correct.

Dean may have been a Monday morning quarterback. Is Dean really on record as being against the war before it happened? Are you sure he was? Either Kerry or Dean is lying about this one.
