This money(loan) was used to purchase weapons from the Axis of Weasels and for Saddam and his retinue to live high off the hog. Note his magnificent palaces and thousands of arms caches. Next to nothing was spent to improve the life Iraqi citizens or the country at large. If the Axis were so stupid to loan to Saddam and not demand repayment earlier then they are at fault, not the Iraqi citizen. These facts cannot be ignored, not even by the looney left. Ken
