So any one have any idea when and how about the elections? It looks like the 60% shi-ite majority are eager to elect their own Ayatollah. Maybe the administration thinks the Iraq people will come to their senses and elect someone we like. Anyone here have any idea when the Iraq people will come to their senses and decide that our candidate is the one they want? Maybe we should send in an actor to run for President. We can have an American style campaign complete with 30 second sound bytes, make up artists, spin doctors and all the other stuff that makes America the kindest country in the world. We could send over the Presidents brother to oversee the voting to insure accurate counts and make sure that any unqualified voters are held up before they reach the polls!
