FWIW, my wife tells me we received an unsolicited bid today on our Las Vegas condo...and it's not for sale, and not listed anywhere! ...and they say there isn't a housing bubble?! ROTFLMAO! BTW, if someone wants a 2 Bd, 2 Ba condo in Vegas in a secure guard gated community with an attached garage and sweeping views of both the mountains and the Strip, the asking price is 250K...Owner WON'T finance!<VBG>
