Bulls got to do better than 3 points over 10k for 3 seconds. Trivial IMO. This was nothing but a token tag. Was today's "tag of 10,026.53" and close at 10,008 enough to change your outlook? Or is it a "token close" to get bulls excited? Do you just push "the top" higher or change outlook now that 10,000 has been taken out? Thanks
