Benjamin Graham's "The Intelligent Investor" is one of the classics. There is an updated version available that's pretty good: amazon.com William O'Neil has written a lot of books, but his techniques really involve momentum plays as much as fundamentals.. he'd never say that but its earned his paper the nickname "People's Momentum Daily".
