They're just a little higher than in 1929. And a lot higher than in 1962. And, if you know what's going on in Japan, interest rates there are 0.5 - 2.0%.
And, Paulo, you seem to believe you have a time machine, at least you talk as if you do. Very dangerous frame of mind.
