I spoke to my pediatrician today and she just ordered 60 doses. All of my children had their flu shots already, but I am bringing them in for FluMist since it appears to offer more protection against some of the current strains.

It doesn't seem to be hard to get here. Not yet anyway. I work at a university campus and the local student health center has FluMist; they are out of the standard shot.
