The content of those memos shows how unscrupulous
Democrats were. The connection to special interests is
quite damning. Democrats tried to jury-rig the 6th Circuit
affirmative action case. They called nominees "Nazis" &
identified Miguel Estrada as especially dangerous, because
he has a minimal paper trail & he is "Latino".

I believe that every nominee the Democrats have blocked
has excellent qualifications too.

If this was done by Republicans, we'd see it reported
daily until those involved were severely punished.
