With sonograms and earlier viability, the argument on when the fetus deserves legal protection is shifting in favor of the fetus. That is why the so called womens organizations are going ballistic. And on the other side, the pro-life folks need to come to terms with who is going to take ownership of unwanted crack babies as abortion laws become more restictive. Somebody has to raise those unwanted kids and it will be the state because charities cannot handle it. mike
