I think the Carlyle Group was becoming upset at the cluster-f**k the Bush-monkey's boys were making out of this war profiteering biz, the loss of debt forgiveness will severely cut into their Iraq bottom line. So they sent an adult Baker to straighten out the juvenile neocon mess. An adult war-profiteer wouldn't have published a LIST, they would have just made it clear with their contractor CHOICES that you don't get a contract unless you contribute, either body-fodder or money or debt forgiveness.
