what do y'all think of the mutual fund scandals? I had monies in the Strong funds and in the Heartland funds in Nov - Battered by three months of accusations against him and his company, Richard S. Strong resigned Tuesday as Strong Financial Corp.'s top executive. He had previously resigned as chairman of the funds' board of directors. so I dumped today's headline - Heartland accused of fraud by SEC Federal regulators accused Heartland Advisors Inc. of fraud Thursday, alleging that the Milwaukee mutual fund firm intentionally mispriced two troubled funds, and that Heartland execs used inside information to dump shares. I dumped Heartland today where to put the monies, they were my foundation investments, mutual funds I thought I didn't have to follow wrong
