There are many myths.

For instance, the Zionists like to push the story that the Nazis made Jews (it is always ONLY Jews) into soap to build up the tragedy of the Holocaust for political, military, and financial purposes, namely getting the Western powers to force a "homeland" in Palestine for "Jews".
The story is bogus.

As far as the throat-slitting of American soldiers in Iraq goes, that was bogus as well.

With digital technology, propagandists have at their disposal not only half-truths using weasel wording, staged scenes, but now the ability to digitally edit video and still photos.
