Stock, I couldn't agree with you more that the time to buy BOST is now after the downgrades. I did a little research last night on upgrades/downgrades with a variety of stocks and basically I proved my hunch......firms begin to accumulate after they downgrade and then unload shares once they issue the upgrade. Look at these recent examples and compare their upgrades/downgrades to the charts: TERA, APM, SEG, CS, MEDI, SNDK, APEX, CXC just to name a few. Brian
