Hmm, I just used the same application on the Sprint Treo 600 as well; I'm seeing a similar trend. First packet was 191/s then: 3175, 4222, 3079, 898, 1300, 1878, 2482, 3690 and 4311. This is for LA. Earlier, I tried and was seeing peak rates as high as 17,000
