Donating online by starting at alphaproject.org gave me a server error or something....
What did work however was starting here: networkforgood.org Then create a profile, search for Alpha Project (a bunch of similar names will come up including Alpha Project for the Homeless, and then you can donate okay. You will be asked to add another $3 to support the donation system, but you can opt out of that. An email arrives you can print out for your deductions folder.
Here is the email they send you:

Finally, does anybody know a way to get a charitable deduction by giving to some organization that will indirectly help to get Howard Dean elected? Thanks! |
