CNN reported tonight that government auditors have determined that Haliburton overcharged the government $61 million. However, the auditors are not accusing the company of profiting from it.

I'll make a deal with any or all of you: Give me just $1 million and I'll let you know, without having to go to the expense of auditors, if I profit from it.
