If Bush cared about Halliburton's gouging why would he have let them get a fat no-bid contract in the first place? No-bid is a license to steal. Answer: Because the gang's set up to enrich each other, before during and after the Bush presidency. One thing about the Bushes and their pals, they're all greedy. Neil is just the one who always gets caught. Worry about the ones who never get caught.
