President Bush said any firm that overcharges the U.S. government for work in Iraq should repay the money. The Pentagon has found evidence that Halliburton (HAL: news, chart, profile), the firm once run by Vice President Dick Cheney, may have overcharged the government for oil supplied into Iraq by as much as $61 million. Halliburton won the $5 billion Iraq contract without a bid. Bush promised a full investigation into the charges against Halliburton. Bush said that anyone doing business with the United States should act in fair and transparent way. WHAHAHAHAHAHA suuuuuuure!....Bush????make Cheney's boyz pay?????? HILARIOUS CC
