Would'nt this SEC Form had to be prepared at least 2-3 weeks ago and
the decision to present it made then?
Would it make to sense to consider then, that this report did not
take into account the growing sales of Mac OS 8 ( 4x budget)?

Or is it just my wishful thinking?

On the other hand, now that the stock has gone down 25% in 3 days
all the old and new shorts appear with comments mentioning "The ego battle in AAPL's board with Gates, Ellison, etc.":
Unless my English is very bad:
"Microsoft bought a non-voting stake in AAPL" means they will not
have a Board Seat, no?.
Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

When the stock was at 13 all this shorts were mentioning "$4.00, yeah
$4.00, AAPL is in Dr. X's (or some other character)list of most overvalued stocks"
Like if the good Dr's List was the WORST thing it could happen to a
Company.
Imagine all the CEO's checking it daily just to make sure their companies wouldn't suddenly appear.

I even mentioned to someone the HUGE profit he'd make buying puts
then.

The truth is, between that time and today the stock has nearly doubled
and some very very serious proven investors (Guys who have actually
become very rich trading) have gotten in.

I am just waiting for the seas to calm to enter again.

Regards,

Fernando
