$13 btu... is this guy smoking pot.? the article already said enough supplies and a lot of this is speculation and hedge funds. This could drop in a week, yes, no?
You might recall that the natural gas spot price reached $10/MMbtu in January, 2001 at the Henry Hub and $50/MMbtu at the Arizona-California border. This was, of course, due to manipulation by El Paso Corp. and others colluding to corner a market.

$13/MMbtu is perfectly likely with the Crawford Cowboy acting in collusion with his oil patch cronies to screw the public.

Look on the bright side, frozen cadavers are a lot more manageable than the regular sort.
