Serg and Ken, Thanks for the advice. I am holding a bunch of HEC and I expect big numbers from it because of the rise in price of gas and I believe Costa Rica will settle the grievance. Bush is somehow involved with the company,Unfortunately my brain is getting soft and I forget the particulars. Any how, the plan is to make a big hit on HEC and load up the profits into ARTX. OKAYYY,so I am a dreamer,but it is fun. Also ,if ARTX gets a sizeable order the plans change. Time for my <Gourmet> meal, tonight it is IHOP. Enjoy, Arnie
