GDP counts debt spending as growth. Should be a negative and would be on any balance sheet. If a company borrows money it doesn't go to the profit ledger.

Like I said before, economic illiteracy is rampant. You make about as much sense as Dizzie. GDP is very simple - it measures the production of goods and services in the US. The capital structures of businesses is irrelevant. I'm sorry you can't stand the thought that the economy is growing strongly, but that's your problem and your going to have to deal with it on your own.
