You're the one who's dishonest about economics. I already posted the expose on GDP. It includes debt spending as a positive. Ridiculous claim. That is like adding your family's $20,000 credit card debt to your income and claiming you just got a $20,000 raise. Also the environmental damage is not included as a negative. If you cut down all the trees on your property and claimed the same value for your home it you be dishonest, right? Or if you lost your health insurance or knew your job was in jeopardy. Doesn't include those things either. Same thing with the GDP. It's a dishonest gauge. GDP should not be what we measure economic health by. It's a out-dated measuring device used and abused by those trying to hide bad news. It also includes war spending as growth. That also is not a positive. War is a terrible thing except for those who profit from it like Halliburton and Bectel. It too is debt spending in the case of Iraq.
