14Dec03-Reuters-U.S. Forces Show Video of Bearded Saddam in Custody BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. forces Sunday showed a video of a bearded and disheveled Saddam Hussein in custody after his capture near his hometown of Tikrit. The video, aired at a news conference in Baghdad and on local Iraqi television, showed Saddam undergoing medical check. Soldiers took what appeared to be DNA swabs from his mouth. The former Iraqi president, with a straggly, graying beard, was not putting up resistance after eight months on the run.
