I am glad that we got Saddam, however this is
the analysis I'm looking at:

DEBKAfile adds: Saddam’s capture is not expected to end guerrilla and Islamist terrorist warfare against US-led coalition presence in Iraq. Report on Baghdad news conference in news box below.

Saddam Hussein has been captured alive. He was found in a cellar in a US-raid of Tikrit Saturday. US operation aided by Kurdish PUK special forces and intelligence. Celebratory gunfire in Baghdad, dancing in streets of Kirkuk. Heavy US forces pour into Baghdad, secure bridge-roads into city.

Death toll rises to 17 and 30 wounded in bomb blast Sunday at Iraqi Khaldiyah police station west of Baghdad.
