Gore's endorsement is now worth less since he based his pick of Dean on oppsition to the war. If this Saddam capture changes the national mood about the war, then the race may be more about CHANGE and priorities than anything else. As it was with Bush Sr. sometimes Americans just want a change after a long period of war and lousy economy. Still Bush Sr. had Perot working against him. And we do not have a Clinton type candidate who can win a few southern states. Interesting to see how this all plays out. Kerry for instance might no longer be attacked for his stand on the war. He was for taking out Saddam but doing it the right way. That IMHO now seems like the perfect stance.
